To get started, navigate to Messages > Email Templates in your Superdesk account. This section contains all the available email templates you can customize.
Select a Template: Click on the Edit button next to the template you want to modify.
Duplicate Template: To create a variation of an existing template, click the three dots icon at the bottom right and select Duplicate. The copied template will appear inactive, allowing you to make changes without affecting the original.
